Ad-hoc Notice according to Sec. 15 German Security Trading Act (WpHG)
Dr. Stefan Piëch appointed as sole CEO
Due to a decision of the supervisory board the former chairman of the
supervisory board
Dr. Stefan Piëch has been appointed as sole CEO (Alleinvorstand) of RTV
Family Entertainment AG with immediate force and effect. Dr. Stefan Piëch
replaces the former CEO Markus Reischl.
The former deputy chairman of the supervisory board Dr. Sebastian Graf von
Wallwitz becomes chairman of the supervisory board. The former substitute
member of the supervisory board Dr. Hans-Michel Piëch becomes ordinary
member of supervisory board.
