Supervisory Board of Uniper SE appoints new chairman of the Board of Management

The Supervisory Board of Uniper SE today appointed in an extraordinary meeting Andreas Schierenbeck as member of the Board of Management with effect from 1 June 2019 and appointed him as new chairman of the Board of Management (CEO). He succeeds Klaus Schäfer, the present chairman of the Board of Management of Uniper SE, who amicably resigns from his position as of the end of 31 May 2019.
